The National Elevator Industry, Inc. is pleased to announce that the association's acronym (NEII®) and logo were approved as federally registered trademarks through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Offices on May 24, 2011. With roots dating back to 1914 when it was first called the Elevator Manufacturers' Association, NEII is the premier national trade association representing the interest of firms that install, maintain, modernize and/or manufacture elevators, escalators, moving walks and other building transportation products, including parts or components.
